All properties that are currently available  OR Coming soon are listed on our website.

The homes that are available NOW and ready for your personal tour are indicated by the phrase "Now Showing" in the description and the availability dates listed.  If the home you are interested in says "Now Showing" please come to our main office to pick up a key.  We will need a copy of your Driver's license or personal id, and a $20 refundable key deposit (cash only).  

We do require that you view the home in person before submitting an application. All homes that say "Coming Soon" are not available yet.  Some are still occupied, others are under construction.  However, as soon as the home becomes available for viewing, we will update our website descriptions.  

No applications can be process on line.  Applications must me done in person. Applicantions are $60 per adult
